Rabobank operates under multiple financial brands in different markets and countries. These brands complement each other and strengthen our offering to clients. Apart from subsidiaries, Rabobank has minority interests in various companies. An important Dutch company is Achmea, in which Rabobank has a 30% interest.

BPD
BPD, Bouwfonds Gebiedsontwikkeling, is an area developer that builds new residential environments in the Netherlands and Germany. Since its foundation in 1946, BPD has facilitated the construction of more than 365,000 homes. BPD operates from over 20 offices across the Netherlands and Germany.
DLL
DLL is the vendor finance subsidiary of Rabobank. Globally, DLL provides financial solutions in a number of industries: agriculture, food, healthcare, clean technology, construction, transportation, industrial, office equipment and technology. DLL works with manufacturers and their distribution partners – from authorized distributors and independent dealers to traders – in over 30 countries, offering them financial products and services that help them achieve growth.
Freo
Freo provides online loans – for example, to renovate a house or to purchase a new car – at relatively low interest rates. Freo offers two types of loans: the Personal Loan (Persoonlijke Lening), in which the client receives a one-off payment, and Revolving Credit (Doorlopend Krediet), a loan without a fixed term. The interest rate depends on the loan amount: the higher the loan, the lower the interest rate. How much a client may borrow from Freo depends on their income, housing situation and overhead costs.
Obvion
Obvion provides mortgages and some service products such as guarantees and bridging loans. Obvion focuses exclusively on the working relationship with independent brokers and employs around 600 people.
Rabo Real Estate Group
Rabo Real Estate Group consists of a financial holding and the divisions Bouwfonds Investment Management (Bouwfonds IM) and the MAB Development Group.
Vista Hypotheken
Vista Hypotheken focuses primarily on consumers who buy a first home and opt for clear, simple conditions and often a long fixed-rate period. The mortgages are only offered through independent intermediaries.

Achmea
Achmea is the market leader in the Netherlands in the field of insurance, and also operates in five other countries. Rabobank and Achmea work in close collaboration in the field of insurance. Achmea operates in its home market of the Netherlands through its labels Centraal Beheer Achmea, Interpolis, Avéro Achmea, FBTO, Agis Zorgverzekeringen and Zilveren Kruis Achmea. Interpolis is a label of Achmea and provides a wide range of non-life, healthcare and life insurances for both private individuals and businesses. With over a million retail clients and several hundreds of thousands of business clients, Interpolis is one of the leading providers in the Dutch insurance market. Interpolis is the market leader in the agricultural sector, selling insurance through Rabobank offices and a number of independent brokers.
